THE PROMOTIONAL CONTEST RULES

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST

JULIETTE HAS A GUN, with headquarters located at 59 Rue de Richelieu, 75002 Paris (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), is organizing a promotional contest titled “Letter to Santa Claus”, in which winners will be selected by random draw under the conditions outlined below. The contest will run from December 10, 2024, to December 22, 2024.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

2.1. The contest is free and open to any individual aged over 18, residing in France, regardless of nationality, except for anyone who has directly or indirectly participated in the development of the contest and employees of JULIETTE HAS A GUN.

2.2. Participation in the contest implies irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions (the “Rules”), available for download on JULIETTE HAS A GUN’s website at the following address:

2.3. The contest is limited to one participation per person (e.g., same name, same first name, and same Instagram account). Participation is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded per designated winner.

2.4. Non-compliance with the participation conditions outlined in these Rules will render the Participant's entry invalid.

2.5. The contest is subject to the applicable French law on games and competitions.

ARTICLE 3 – CONTEST PRINCIPLE/MODALITIES OF PARTICIPATION

The contest takes place exclusively at the JULIETTE HAS A GUN boutique, located at 2 Rue des Francs Bourgeois, 75003 Paris. Participation will only be considered valid if:

  • The "Letter to Santa Claus" provided by the brand is duly completed.
  • The participant follows Juliette Has a Gun's Instagram account.

The participant must submit their completed letter in the designated mailbox available at the JULIETTE HAS A GUN boutique. Each participant is entitled to one chance to be randomly selected.

ARTICLE 4 – SELECTION OF WINNERS

The Organizer will select winners through a random draw from all valid entries. The draw will take place on December 23, 2024. Only one prize will be awarded per winner (same name, same address, same Instagram account).

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES

The prizes awarded through the random draw are as follows:

  • 3 prizes, for 3 winners, with a total value of €405.00:
    • 1 x 100ml perfume
    • 1 x 100ml perfume
    • 1 x 100ml perfume

No fees will be charged to participants for receiving their prizes. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY AND USAGE OF PRIZES

The Organizer will contact only the winners selected through the random draw to notify them of their prizes.

Winners must respond within five (5) days of receiving the notification and provide complete contact details for prize delivery, which will be covered by the Organizer. Failure to respond within the given timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the prize, with no compensation provided. The prize will then be awarded to an alternate winner selected during the same draw.

Winners must comply with these Rules. Should it be determined that a winner does not meet the eligibility criteria, the prize will not be awarded and will be retained by the Organizer.

ARTICLE 7 – FREE PARTICIPATION

This contest is entirely free to enter, with no purchase necessary.

ARTICLE 8 – USE OF PARTICIPANTS’ PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, participants have the right to access, rectify, and withdraw their personal data.

Participants' personal information is collected solely for contest management purposes, is essential for participation, and will be retained for a period of one (1) month.

ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY

The Organizer cannot be held liable for any inability to contact winners, nor for loss, theft, or damage to the prize during delivery. Additionally, the Organizer is not responsible for errors in the names, addresses, or contact details provided by participants.

The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone, or cancel the contest should circumstances require it, without incurring liability. Any changes will be communicated via an addendum posted on the website.

In case of external malicious acts or technical malfunctions that disrupt the contest, the Organizer disclaims responsibility.

ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW

By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by French law. Any disputes must be sent to the address mentioned in Article 11 by no later than December 30, 2024 (postmark serving as proof).

How to participate:
Participants must visit the Juliette Has a Gun boutique, located at 2 Rue des Francs Bourgeois, 75003 Paris, to enter. Participation will only be valid if:

  • The “Letter to Santa Claus” provided by the brand is duly completed.
  • The participant is subscribed to Juliette Has a Gun's Instagram account.
  • The participant submits their letter into the mailbox available in the boutique.

  1. Winner Selection
    Winners will be selected as follows:
    Winners will be chosen by random draw, following verification of compliance with the participation conditions.

  2. Date and Announcement of Results
    The results will be announced on December 23, 2024.
    Winners will be contacted directly by the Organizer.

  3. Personal Data
    Personal data concerning participants will be collected with their consent as part of the contest to establish the participant's identity, notify them in case of winning, and deliver their prize.

Participants’ personal data will be retained for one month and processed by the following department: Marketing Department.

Participants may exercise their rights to access, correct, or delete their personal data as follows:
